A Foot upon the Air
A notion half begun
The world a canvas everywhere
Beneath a quiet sun
No path no thoroughfare
To mark where I have been
A fleeting Presence light as prayer
Amidst the common scene
The Breath a whisper soft and deep
A Question in the Mind
What secrets do the moments keep
That I have left behind
A Bird's small note then it is gone
A Thought that takes its flight
From where the day began to dawn
Into the coming light
No certain shore no harbor near
A boundless inner sea
Dispelling every fragile Fear
That ever beckoned me
The Heart a compass swinging free
To destinies unknown
A silent profound Liberty
Upon a Spirit sown
About the Creator

Wonderfully done, beautiful entry
You've captured movement and stillness at the same time so well here.
