Get me out of my head

A man’s head, he is trapped within,

Screaming echoes, loud and thin.

Inside, he’s trapped, a silent fight,

A battle hidden from the light.

His hands press hard on glass, it steams,

A foggy blur of twisted dreams.

He sees a way, an open door,

But can’t escape, can’t reach the floor.

A mind in chaos, fierce and wild,

Yearning for release, like a child.

The window steams, the world is near,

But he’s confined, trapped in his fear.

Our mind is so complex that sometimes I feel another person also resides in mine. Excellent work
