Jesus Looked Down
Jesus looked down, His heart so torn,
By the cries of the world, weary and worn.
Tears fell softly, a heavenly stream,
Washing the earth with love unseen.
Each tear a prayer, each drop a plea,
For peace, for hope, for hearts set free.
The thorns that crowned His sacred brow
Bore witness to His eternal vow.
“Forgive them, Father,” His whisper low,
Through every tear, His mercy flows.
He weeps for the lost, the broken, the small,
His grace overflowing, embracing us all.
So when the heavens weep with rain,
Remember His tears, His love through pain.
For Jesus looked down, and with each tear,
He brought us hope, and drew us near.

Jesus loves us with his whole heart and being and he is watching us now. Good job.
