Today I wanted to just do a freewrite of what I am feeling/thinking on this Lovely saturday morning :) Feel free to comment ideas, I am thinking of doing another version of this but a bit more cleaned up lol I appreciate you for reading and enjoy this rough draft!
~The heat of summer is here, but I am still stuck frozen in winter, thinking of our autumn fun.
Seeing the fall leaves changing, just like how we did.
but remember thinking... This is just like last time, so what did change? Our hearts still bump at the same rate when we are together, our laughs still dance together in harmony, Your voice fills my blanks when I speak. I fear the only thing different is, we are only getting older, and possibly...only getting farther away.
Yet our souls feel as if the love never faded. Like a loop picking up where it left off, as if time really was stuck.
Me and you, ... and this stupid place we call home.
We say goodbye, but deep down we know we will see each other again
and once again
Me and you, And our stupid organ in our chest we call a heart.~

He looked at me, I looked at him. When he looked at me, it felt like my stomach was invaded with butterflies, but... not this time. At this very moment his eyes could laser through my stomach if he wanted to. I wish he did. For the pain of what he is about to say to me, is much worse than a couple of seconds of my stomach being lasered off. His sweet lips that spoke words in my ears, that made my face flush with red. I could predict the next words coming out of those pretty lips. "I can't bare the silent game, SPEAK JUST SAY IT ALREADY" I thought impatiently.

The Forsyth House Fire
Since 1851, Forsyth House has stood on the corner of Union Street and Gordon Street in the heart of Glasgow. Its iconic, or was... because on Sunday 8th of March, 2026, a fire broke out in a small, seemingly un-named shop in the building and tore all that history down. As I write, the rubble is still unsettled and the street is still blocked off. Central Station is quiet on the upper level, and around 30 small businesses have quite literally gone up in smoke.
