Cosmic Rough Riders - Enjoy The Melodic Sunshine
This intro is taken from Wikipedia and you can read the full article below: This is a collection of songs featuring tracks from the band's first two self-financed albums as well as three new tracks. The album was put together by Alan McGee's Poptones label as a starting point for mainstream listeners. The album spawned four singles including the UK top 40 hits "Revolution (In the Summertime?)" and "The Pain Inside". Although never reaching the UK Top 50, the album spent 17 weeks in the top 200 in 2001, peaking at No. 82. Steady sales meant that by the end of 2001, the album had achieved silver status (sales of 60,000) in the UK and it was named by Q magazine as one of the 50 best albums of the year. It would go on to achieve sales of over 100,000.

Our Strange Relationship With Books
Introduction I am not sure what inspired me to write this, whether it’s memes about buying books whether you have space for them or not, or looking at my bookcases and “to read” piles by my bedside which contain several that I have yet to fall into and explore.

Nuggets
Introduction When I work from home I listen to a lot of music over a lot of genres. Because of my age I listen to music that was released way before some of my friends were born, but then again I listen to a lot of music that was released before I was born so just because music is not “of your time” does not mean you should not listen to it.

Speed
Introduction This is about a lot of things about me that make me too much for most people. My Faults I talk too fast, I talk too much, I write too fast and I write and publish too much, so some people ignore everything I do. I understand this, some creators just seem to be always posting something and eventually you think “I’ve had enough”.

A Edible Playlist
Introduction My last playlist was based on anatomy and is linked at the end of this piece. During one of the songs, “Arms of Mary” by The Sutherland Brothers and Quiver I recalled that my favourite song by the Sutherland Brothers was “The Pie” and that might be a good pretext for another playlist. The fact that one of my friends told me that they keep discovering new music to listen to from these playlists inspired me to create this one.

Memory
Introduction I feel that I am always forgetting things that I should know. I am getting older and since I passed thirty people have stopped talking to me and insulted me because of my age. I have been turned down for jobs because of my age but have also got jobs this millennium because of a positive attitude to age. I am past the old UK retirement age now and to many people that means I don;t exist, but the reality is I still feel and act as though I am about fifteen, and actually have friends who are teenagers (maybe they didn’t notice how old I was for some reason) to a lot older than me. If we don't see and talk to people directly on line age almost becomes non existent although it's wrong to try and con people that you are a different age, although as a teenage I expected bus conductors to treat me a child for cheap travel and pub landlords and cinema boc offices to treat me as an adult for beer and "X" Rated films.

An Anatomical Playlist
The Intro I was listening to some songs and "Magic Man" by Heart came on, and I thought that could be an interesting theme for a playlist, parts of the body either in the song title or the band name. I will probably miss a lot but I am just going to dive in and see where this takes me.
