HE WAS APPROACHED, PHYSICALLY TOUCHED, AND HARRASSED, NOT EVEN BEING TOLD WHY HE WAS BEING QUESTIONED BY A POLICE OFFICER. THE COP EVEN FELT IT NECESSARY TO USE UNNECESSARY FORCE BY ATTEMPTING TO REPEATEDLY PUSH MR.WALLACE BACK INTO HIS VEHICLE. THIS WHOLE ENCOUNTER WAS NOT NEEDED AND CONTINUES TO SHOW THE OFFICERS TAKING THE LAW INTO THEIR OWN HANDS
