Body Needs Oxygen
be it sun or rain, I will go for a walk— the body needs oxygen. Some people skip walks, giving different issues or weather conditions as excuses. I don’t. Yet if there is wildfire smoke, leaf blower gas fumes, or mulch machines running, I will delay or skip.

A Leaf
not a simple leaf— great, inimitable nature. gratitude in heart. I don’t know about others, but on my walks I see fallen leaves, and each one is so attractive, so soul-stirring to me. I like them on the trees, in the air as confetti, and on the ground. It's a Brisbane Box leaf.
