The Body Shop Seaweed Gel Cream Review
I’ve struggled with combination skin for pretty much my entire adolescent and adult life, and I’ve always had such a hard time finding decent moisturizers to fit my skin type. In the winter my skin gets ridiculously dry in certain spots, but for basically the rest of the year, my face gets super oily around my nose, forehead, and even my chin. Since my skin is so finicky, especially living in New England with constantly changing seasons, it leaves me really prone to breakouts and shiny skin (the bad kind of shiny—like, greasy shiny). No matter which products I would try, nothing seemed to minimize my oily skin and still help to moisturize the dry spots. It can get really frustrating when you can’t seem to find the right skincare products, even when you spend a bunch of money and time to try to find the best ones.

LUSH Full of Grace Product Review
When I first went to LUSH looking for something for my chronically dry, red skin. I was given several recommendations. The Aqua Marina cleanser, Fresh Farmacy cleanser, Greased Lightening spot treatment, Imperialis moisturizer, but the most amazing product was the Full of Grace serum. This is a small light pink oval. The smell is fresh and a bit earthy. It’s a naked product so it is sold without packaging and is simply a solid bar that you swipe on your face. It provides an amazing extra bit of moisture and I find it very calming to my skin as well. Its marketed as a serum to help maintain elasticity, moisture, and glow. It is simply a wonderful addition to hydrating my face and helping me look my best.

Lush Naked Skincare Tea Totaler
Two years ago, I discovered LUSH. I have sensitive skin with a touch of rosacea. I’m ruddy at best, but red all the time. I still have acne around my chin. I used to get really bad hormonal cystic acne especially under my chin. My cheeks are dry. I’d always been terrible at using products because nothing seemed to work and its always so expensive to keep buying things that work for a little bit then stop, or just burn, or do nothing. Nothing seemed to be sold to deal with the redness which is my biggest concern and I was always either oily or parched. I decided to try LUSH because I thought that an English company might have products for redness. I went in and was introduced to their skincare. They gave me samples and I never looked back. I’ve become a total Lushie. I love all the new products. I always want to know what’s next. I watch the Youtubers. It's an addiction. But my skin has never looked better. The best part is that I love using the product, so I actually wash my face and put lotion on. (Most days. Let’s be real, life is hard.) I went in a few weeks ago to pick up my usual cleanser, Aquamarina, and was greeted by the new naked skincare line. I had to know all about it.
