Do You Need Rose Water?
I've always heard about rose water, but never really understood how it would benefit my life. Everybody at one point in their lives has problems with their skin. I found myself with a huge skin problem. In all honestly I used to have really bad acne. They were always large, inflamed, and so painful… not to mention, hideous! Then all of a sudden, they went away and I honestly only found myself getting acne around that time of the month (sorry for the possible tmi, I am very open about the body… we all go through similar things anyways). So, whenever I saw pimples on my face, I knew what was coming.

These treatments for dry, damaged hair mean that women (and men) everywhere can continue manipulating and maneuvering their hair however they like.

Pros & Cons of Cupping Therapy & Why You Should Try It
Cupping looks strange, even painful. Because of this, it's something of a controversial alternative practice, despite the fact that it isn't dangerous. Cupping is a form of traditional Chinese medicine used to relieve pain and a variety of other maladies, and the patient shouldn't feel any pain. Should you decide to experiment with cupping, you needn't worry that the suction will cause you any distress.

How I Cured My Acne
I was a freshman in high school and everything was so incredibly new. The school, the students and also... my skin. You see, I had fallen victim to what is called, "puberty." Such a natural thing to have occurred, yet probably the worst experience of my life. That's an over exaggeration, see I'm just an angsty teenage girl.
