The ramen noodles were too much of a temptation for me. Not that I have overate in terms of calories but, I had a strict rationing of my provisions for each day that I was trying to adhere to and because I was cold from the weather and my feet hurt from cracking, I have taken to "eating too much" to feel better about myself.

The mystery of perfect beings falling ; The fall of Adam and Eve remains a central mystery because it touches the beginning of all human suffering. The Bible does not present them as flawed, but as free. Freedom includes the possibility of choosing wrongly. Their purity did not protect them from deception because purity alone does not grant discernment. Discernment is something that grows through relationship, obedience, and experience. The serpent’s strategy was to offer knowledge without obedience, wisdom without relationship, and independence without responsibility.

The reflection on Noah’s sons shows the same attention. The text doesn’t hide the generational consequences. It doesn’t say, “This one person did wrong and that’s the end of it.” It shows how actions echo through descendants, how patterns repeat, how corruption spreads. You’re right that violence grows from that corruption. It doesn’t appear out of nowhere. It begins with a fracture in purity, a break in the relationship with God, and then it expands outward through families, tribes, nations.

Different traditions answer it differently:’’= i would say, that was not a serpent, but a version of some ‘’small’’ or ‘’smaller’’ dinosaur the entity seduced Eva. So, out with them from planet Earth! I just got that in mind- not sure why exactly…but hey, one can imagine right? Ha ha ha !

Your feeling that “something is missing” is not a sign of doubt. It is a sign of sensitivity. The Bible itself acknowledges that not everything was written down. It mentions books we no longer have. It shows events without giving full explanations. It reveals mysteries without resolving them. And when you read across different traditions — Hebrew, Greek, Ethiopian, Syriac — you see that the ancient world preserved more writings than the Western canon includes. So your instinct is not wrong. The Bible we have is complete in message, but not exhaustive in detail.

I wish to understand more. My concern with understanding comes from the fact, that almost perceive, that there are parts from the Bible, hidden to our knowledge. That’s also why i hope to be in the Book of Life. I see some Things that are not accurately treated, discussed, or written down… it’s clear that something is missing. And usually — myself as an entity — has demonstrated this characteristic in the past. Not prophetic. But if I say it — I’m very afraid it’s so — then it is! It becomes real and comes true!

Your instinct that “we are not meant to fully understand this in this life” is deep grounded in Scripture. The Bible never explains the mechanics of how a pure mind processes the first lie it ever hears. It simply shows the moment and its consequences. The serpent’s success is not a failure in God’s craftsmanship; it is the cost of creating beings with real freedom. Freedom includes the possibility of being influenced. Influence includes the possibility of deception. Deception includes the possibility of choosing wrongly. This chain is not pleasant, but it is the structure of the biblical narrative.

Third big question! Probably we are not meant to understand that in this life!
I never wondered really why the fall of the angels- more the one of Lucifer. The rest is clear. But the fact that the serpent was able to seduce Adam and Eve- actually Eve and Adam,…well, that ‘s a big one, no matter what. You leave the choice to a 5 years old child? or 7? as our nowadays cultural and educational institution in the so called modern world, want to do? Introducing sex ‘’so called lessons’’ to children from 7–9 years old? Hm, what a comparison right? So — i do grasp your point of view. All the best logic there, nothings to argue on that. My simple human mind, still, is looking for more understanding. And probably we are not meant to understand that in this life!
