Since birth, my parents were obligated to help guide and teach me about our cultural practices and beliefs. As they grew up with Islam, they take it very seriously and essential, and they make sure that their children will be raised that way. They will know their culture very well and they teach our cultural practices such as architecture, cooking, literature, and painting.
