Synder's of Hanover Sourdough Niblets: A healthy alternative to potato chips
Snyders of Hanover offers a different snack Most people may not consider a salty pretzel as a healthy snack but when compared with potato chips it really is. Many baby boomers (those born between 1948-1964) grew up eating a lot of junk food. I can recall my cousins and me walking to the store after school almost every day of the week. I usually purchased Wise or Lays chips or a big bag of Doritos. In addition, I would purchase a candy bar and a bottle of pop AKA a soft drink. I have been an avid reader since childhood and enjoyed reading a good book with my favorite snacks. I have also paid a price regarding my health.

I have the same tendencies as I did when I was a younger girl, where I would devour all of my vegetables prior to tasting my starch or protein, on my plate.

Discover how You Can Lose Weight without diet or exercices with just drinks
Consider a calming, steaming cup of tea instead of pumpkin-spice lattes, caramel macchiatos, and cold-brew iced coffees the next time you visit your local coffee shop. Because, in addition to its well-known ability to relieve sore throats and even aid in the prevention of cancer and diabetes, tea may also aid in weight loss. "Drinking tea may help with weight reduction or maintenance since it replaces sugary and calorie-dense beverages," says Josh Axe, D.N.M., founder of Ancient Nutrition. "By substituting tea for flavored lattes, coffee with extra cream and sugar, and sugary sodas or juices, you can save a significant amount of calories each day." (We, too, enjoy a salted caramel mocha, but a large contains 420 calories versus 0 in a Wellness Tea!)

And is often hiding under sneaky names (that bitch).

Shaming Fat People
“I’m fat because a tiny body can’t store all this personality.” I grew up before body-positive messages from celebrities were a thing. I didn’t have big, beautiful, confident people telling me I could be overweight and amazing at the same time. There were never any anti-fat-shaming seminars or assemblies at school telling everyone that being overweight might be a sickness or eating disorder brought on by mental trauma.

The Power of Earth in a Cup
I have been working on some new juice combinations. I created a juice recipe for breakfast and one for lunch. When I think of breakfast, I would want you to have a juice that is bringing in energy close to the colors of the sun, that is rich in flavor, tastes good and feels good to look at. The combination I chose included pineapple, pomegranates, carrots, and ginger.
