Rail Strikes Go Ahead.
The RMT union led by Mick Lynch is conducting a series of strikes this week. Better pay and conditions are the reason why any worker strikes. The rail workers as they strike will have a detrimental effect on commuters.

Was It Fiction, Or A Prediction?
As a taxpaying resident of Belleville, Van Buren Township, Michigan, I wonder if our city is collecting new buildings? Our community has many available store fronts you can see immediately upon entering via main street or Rawsonville roads. As a matter of fact, there's a sign promising more new store fronts to be built as you travel south on Main. If entering from Huron River Drive there is a newer building that has stood empty for quite a few years. When I read in the local Belleville Independent Newspaper that the new construction on Main Street would result in store fronts such as a coop grocer and meat market, three new bars and more, my husband and I were very excited! Mostly we focused in on a coop grocery, commissary like, along with a meat market. We have always said we wished we had more grocery options around. Walmart, Meijer and Aldi are closest, but are also the only choices unless traveling an additional 10 minutes north, making a grocery trip 20 min commute one way for us. So when are these announced new stores coming? According to the local paper businesses were scheduled for Spring and early Summer openings. As we wait for these openings in the new buildings I find myself wondering why we have new buildings with so many existing empty storefronts.

But like the proverbial cat that died from curiosity, sometimes scientists do the same thing, however when their curiosity unknowingly kills millions of others, it is a tragedy.

We may feel completely in control when we're at our most focused and in control, but because food choices and eating are everyday habits that are mostly made without thought, much of what we eat isn't because we applied judgment or even listened to our hunger cues — much of our consumption is mindless.

Russia's campaign in the west of Ukraine has been a total and utter diaster. Russia thought western Ukraine would fall and Kyiv would be in Russian hands. However, as we know Vlad the Invader miscalculated big time. He did not anticipate that Ukraine would defend its nation to the death. Putin did not also take into account how vulnerable his forces would be to western supplied weapons.

Priti Patel's Rwanda policy will go ahead as she wanted. Lawyers acting on behalf of migrants failed to get flights stopped. That means now the first flight bound for Rwanda will take off as scheduled on 14 June. The first 30 migrants will be facing a future in what is a backwater African nation.

What is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly. They say the argument of truth is linked to the human experience. But if normal is an illusion, how can we guarantee that the notion of the truth exists? Does one whole truth against 7.753 billion realities? What is the truth exactly? How do we find it? Why is it important? 'Reaching a consensus on an objective description of the world is possible in principle. That is the wonder of science.
