Equality: Are We Chasing a Unicorn?
Equality; the state of being equal, especially in status, rights or opportunities. It can be hard to put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Every individual has their own set of struggles as we try to do the best we can with our lives. As we get older, more struggles and obstacles become apparent after the ones we manage to overcome—but not everyone was put at the same starting position. Some were given a head start; they were born with a little extra status or wealth and while the security of their future is not guaranteed, if they play their cards right that head start will lead them on a path to success. Others were put at the back of the pack, unable to obtain the same opportunities as others merely through the circumstances of their birth. Perhaps their hard work will pay off later in life, perhaps they’ll get lucky, or maybe they’ll get left behind in the dust. We don’t know what the future holds for every individual, but surely we should be doing all that we can to ensure that everyone gets a fair shot in the beginning?

Strong Direction and Its Effects
Robert Massimi. With all the Off Off (We Are Going To Stay Just There), many plays out shine others and for one simple reason, strong direction. A strong director is able to tighten up its cast; a play is able to thrive if it is directed well. A director's view of what the play should be can even make a badly written play look bearable. In today's theater, we see many of the Off Off (used a lot for experimental theater) trying to be avant-garde. That's not the problem, however, Off Off has always been avant-garde, the problem is that it deals too much with climate change, LGBTQ, and man issues, as in we had them.

The Death of 'My Hero Academia's' All Might
All Might is the central pillar holding up My Hero Academia. But he has death flags all over him and I have some conflicted feelings about this. First of all let me clarify things. Fear not, All Might is not dead. He is still alive in well in the manga, but throughout the manga there have been numerous times where his death has been not so subtly foreshadowed.

'Game of Thrones' Review
Game of Thrones was a show that I didn’t expect to like at all. I know a bunch of people in my life who fell in love with the show, and I just didn’t think that it was for me. But my husband loved the show and he wanted to rewatch the whole series before the final season came out, which we had to wait over a year for it to premiere. So, he got me to watch it with him and to be honest, I ended up liking it a lot more than I expected to.

'Dragon Ball Z/Super': Vegeta v. Goku
I must admit that I was never much of a Dragon Ball Z fan before. I remember having a boyfriend years ago who used to watch it all the time and have mentioned it to me plenty of times. But I was never interested in it and never thought that I was ever going to watch it. But then when I married my husband, he watched it all the time and as I sat with him, I started to watch it and it is a lot more interesting than I thought it was.

Magic of Movies
I love old movies. There was a charm about them, a charm that came from not having every little thing explained. We celebrate the concept of a film that leaves information out—all the while, we route for another film for the anthology to tell us everything about the universe we are watching.

The Explosively Subtle Character Development of 'My Hero Academia's' Katsuki Bakugo
Katsuki Bakugo is easily one of the most interesting characters in My Hero Academia. What makes his especially interesting though, is how aggressively unlikeable he is. It’s obvious that his dynamic is designed to elicit comparisons to the rivalry/ bromance of Naruto and Sasuke. The major difference being that while Sasuke has a traumatic backstory to justify his sullen aloofness and his edgy emo behavior, Bakugo has nothing to justify his general dickishness.

“Talking Star: 'The Star Report: Are You Offended By the N-Word?’”
It’s an exclusive tonight on a Wednesday for the original Objective Hater. Mr. Torain talks first about a Walmart health center which opened up in Georgia. Next, he flips to the other topic about the word being used by actress Gina Rodriguez. Again, the show incorporates three stories with the Cuba Gooding Jr. mess.
