The hidden world of all things supernatural; a look inside witchcraft, spells, vexes, black magic and other spine-tingling supernatural phenomena.
Dear Marionette
I first off want to apologize to you my love for taking so long in getting back to you. I'm frankly aware that the duration between now and my last letter has been several months. I deeply regret this span of time but you must realize that my "work" keeps me very busy. Some days I am so occupied with my tasks that I scarcely have time to sit down and eat, let alone commit my thoughts to pen and paper. Nevertheless, my feelings for you can never change, nor can any testament of time serve to diminish their intensity. My darling...there are times when I've cried like a child realizing that you no longer share this warm bed beside me. I still can smell the sweetness of your hair and taste the soft nectar of your wet cherry lips. If it were at all possible I would reach up and snatch a handful of the very stars themselves, only to see the smile on your face as I hand them to you as a gift.

Granny
That damn pie looks so damn good sitting on that stove like that. I knew she would bake it...she always does...every sunday. Surprised the old bitch hasn't burnt the whole damn house down in her state. For some reason cooking evokes a certain level of familiarity in her. It brings back all of her olfactory senses. Its amusing to watch her prancing about with the ingredients...humans make such grand importance out of the most inane little things. Especially this one here...oh she's really a gotdamn piece of work. Look at the silly way she places such care when mixin up the tiny bits of minced beef with pieces of celery, carrots, and onions.

Fire of Mugatabe
Mugatabe, the great warrior who traversed the chaos planes and slew the daemon lord J'kyygl transitioned from physical existence long ago. Though his fleshly body died, the power of his spirit was so strong it could never be extinguished and it lingered in the astral realms of eternity for centuries. Until the faithful moment when he encountered the wizard Katu, who had sought out the spirit of the mighty warrior in order to combat a new and dire threat. Katu explained to Mugatabe that once again the realms of existence lay threatened by various evil entities originating both inside and outside oblivion. These beings were powerful, dark, and ancient, possessing a vast array of insidious knowledge and capabilities at their disposal. They posed a risk to the sanctity of everything good and just, thus it was time for a new champion to arise. Once again a warrior must be called forth, one strong enough to due battle with these entities....katu sought out the spirit of Mugatabe for this specific reason.

Not the end yet
It is very difficult to describe what is going on right now, nothing makes sense and nothing matters anymore. Almost half of the population on earth is dead, there are dead people and blood everywhere but we, the survivors, we wish we were dead. I'm writing this for future generations, so they never forget what happened here, although I don't think there is going to be a future generation. The pain is unbearable, but I will finish writing, you must know what happened here.

New Orleans
They sat on the patio of one of the world’s most famous coffee shops, watching as the pigeons marched back and forth, intimidating visitors to the Café. While the tourists sat sampling coffee and beignets, the fresh pastries dusted with powdered sugar, the pigeons tried to snag bites of the sweet tasty delights, and drag bits off to their nests.

The Fate of the Follower
If you were only viewing the inside of The Dead Dog Saloon in the town of Dead Dog itself, you would swear a tornado had ripped through the sorry little establishment. Not a bottle behind the bar was left unbroken, not a chair or table left upright, the long mirror behind the bar now reflected in shattered bits the bullet holes in the wall, the blood on the floor, and the busted green felt poker table where the chaos in this tiny New Mexico saloon all began.

A Man Wakes Up On A Ship
A man woke up on a ship with no memory of how he got there. This was clearly a Viking ship given its size, the dragon head pointing straight ahead at the front, and the tail curled towards the water in the back. It contained neither sails nor oars, and each side was boldly decorated with a row of green shields. A massive pile of kindling sat in the middle, and miscellaneous items were among the burning material. These weren’t items that you’d normally find on a Viking ship, but rather everyday items like a toy train, a baseball glove, and a briefcase.

The Mural
Russell Storm’s ignored conscience had become so calloused from decades of neglect, that it was hard as rock. Not just any rock… his conscience was as impenetrable as granite. Scratch as one might to tug at his cold heart for even a flicker of remorse or guilt; the only emotion that would scrape forth was amused annoyance.

The Grave's Cry
The wind howled outside as he hid in the dark corner of the old barn. He covered his mouth in an attempt to silence his heavy breathing. Blood covered the ground around him, but it wasn't his. It was the blood of his victims that he could now hear crying for vengeance. "I was so careful!" William thought to himself, "not even the Devil could have found me!" For the last couple of years, William had delighted himself in hunting down victims in the nearby city and luring them away to be tortured and killed. His exploits had earned a reputation and a nickname, The Butcher. But he was certain that no one could trace the murders back to his little farm outside the city. Yet what had been his delightful, hideous secret now turned into mounting dread and crippling fear.
