Hidden Signs of Anxiety You Might Be Overlooking
According to the American Psychological Association, people with anxiety often experience a future-oriented fear that leads them to avoid anything that could potentially trigger a stress response. In 2017, the National Institute of Mental Health reported that approximately 40 million people worldwide suffer from anxiety. Despite being highly treatable, only 36.9% of those affected seek treatment. This reluctance might stem from the fear of being judged or the stigma associated with mental illness, which can negatively impact their lives.

Saved by Faith: A Miraculous Story of Protection
I’ve heard Psalm 91 for protection so many times, but there’s one story that really blew me away. It’s about a lieutenant from Pennsylvania during World War II. He got shot in the chest, but the bullet was stopped by the Bible he carried in his pocket. The bullet went through several pages and stopped at Psalm 91:7, which says, “A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it won’t come near you.” They found this out after the fact, and I was like, wow! I want that kind of protection too.

New discovery about people who stay up late
A study of 26,000 people found that night owls scored higher on tests of intelligence, reasoning and memory. Perhaps we need to reconsider the view that people who stay up late and don't sleep until dawn will have difficulty doing well in their day's work.

Being White Is An Honor. Content Warning.
Let’s get something straight. I see several posts on a daily basis filled with hatred and prejudice against white people. There is an unseen war going on against the white race, and we are all under attack. First of all, let’s clear it up for those people who are not able to think independently: what exactly does racism, or being a racist, mean in the first place? Race is a part of your heritage, a part of your history and culture. Whether you like it or not, you are born into a typical race group like the Caucasian one. Being proud of that group you belong to and accepting who you are makes you understand what actual racism means. That is entirely a good thing, a beautiful thing, and has nothing to do with any kind of hatred towards other races with different skin colors or cultures.
