Wedding Jitters
As the day draw near with sweaty palms and cold stalled feet. Each minute closer with unimaginable fear that makes each thread of clothing tighter and tighter to where the breath of a person is nonexistent. Mind and heart is racing with upcoming forethought that seems to make the body feel unmovable and stiff as a board. Wondering if this is a future that is meant to be. The coldness that arises within the dressing room of the bride as each button and ribbon is tied upon the brides wedding dress. Each moment closer seems like its last. The air begins to thin and the light begins to dim with fear nearing by. Absolute stillness grows as the maid of honors and bride’s maids begin making a fuss around you. Your dress seems to grow tighter and tighter until you feel smothered and can't breathe. Your feet began to point at the front door as if your grasping for air to breathe. But every time you try to run for air your body seems to gravitate to different directions. Your mind seems to feel like its dreaming. you began to freeze up without air that keeps you from speaking. Everyone around is in a distance scene that is a replica out of a movie. Every movement becomes a blur. The soul of your body becomes lifeless. The moment has come that begins to seem unreal. Your body begins to separate from your mind as you think about how close to opening that door of saying I do. The more and more everyone starts to make a fuss around you the more you start not to breathe. The feeling of your feet not moving but your mind is saying move. Then you mind start to wonder and your eyes begins to close so you can feel like this is all a dream. The first thought that is arriving to your mind is that you want to scream but you can't because everyone is around. You want to run but there is a doorway that seems so long to reach that you feel helpless. The thought of you changing your name feels like your losing your identity. Who you are. The feeling of time leaving and no adjusting with change. Not knowing the outcome of the future that lies ahead. Wondering are you even enough for the man who your about to call husband. Feeling of restless nights of arguments that has not be manifested. The feeling of starting your own family and keeping that family together. The thought of saying I do and ending as fast as saying I don’t. Thinking about what if your husband to be is no longer and you feel empty without feeling. Worry about losing the meaning of I love you. To promise someone that you will stay with them through sickness and health. The thought of supporting someone for the rest of both of your lives without hesitation. Loving through all their faults. Accepting who he is and what he may have plan for both of your lives. Now the moment has come and your bridesmaids and maid of honor is ushering you through the door now you father has grab your hand to give his beautiful daughter away. Now your heart is racing faster and faster as you get closer to the alter. As you start to walk down the aisle you lay eyes on your soulmate and then all that feeling of numbness disappears. Your feeling of stillness becomes readiness. Your feet become movements of excitement. The feeling of being a completion of someone’s world brings a smile and tears of happiness that can’t be explained. As you face your soulmate and touch hands while making a promise of love the feeling of completion has begun anew.

I'm Getting Married!
Hello, there! I'm Victoria and that man in the picture is my fiancé, Josh. We are both quite the opposite pair in our likes and dislikes. Shoot, even some of our personalities are quite different. Josh is very into country music, the rustic scene, loves his guns and knives, and is extremely patriotic. Whereas I am into 30-50s music and classical, the 30-50s vintage aesthetic, I love being creative, and am very into singing hymns. He's an ambivert, meaning he can be either extraverted or introverted depending on whom he's around. I, on the other hand, am a big introvert.

Wedding Venue Searching
1. Numbers! Start by composing a rough guest list so you know your estimated day and evening numbers. There is no point falling in love with your dream venue if it cannot hold all your friends and family or on the other hand if the venue is not going to be filled with enough people. Check with the venue what their maximum day and evening numbers are. Ask them to show you a typical room layout so you can envisage your numbers in the rooms.
