Finding Peace
How do we find inner peace? What does it look like? What do we do to get there? My search for inner peace has been a long journey, and it's still going. My journey of life has been hard, sad, angry, depressed, happy, and exciting. But many experience these feelings and different situations. What experiences have you had that make you feel stressed, anxious, depressed, etc.? How did you deal with them? Did you push people away just because you didn't want to trust someone with helping you? The fear that drives our world is so strong, why do we live in fear of things? We need to be standing up for ourselves, for our families, our loved ones. We need to be strong, empowered, educated. We deserve to make our conditions better for us, and better for everyone around us. We deserve to live the best lives that we possibly can, and that can start with you! We can do something about making our world a better place if we try.

What Do You Want to Do With Your Future?
Lifestyle What do you want to do with your future?? What do you want to be when you grow up, or what do you want to do with your future? These questions are commonly asked to us by friends and family members. But why? This question gets us thinking deeper and deeper into time and life. This question can constantly linger in the back of our heads and eat you away late at night. I hate this question, because I feel like it takes away from our present-day life until we are on our death bed. For those worrying about this question, I simply say don't! There is so much more to your present life than there is worrying about the future, especially in your 20s.

I Believed in Dreams
Earlier today, on my Facebook feed, there was a meme that was asking it's readers, "What was the dumbest thing you believed in as a kid?" People were posting silly things, like Santa Claus, that sharks were in the deep end of the pool, monsters in the closet... I didn't post a response to that post. I didn't want to bring down the levity of the post, but I was going to say that I believed that my dreams could come true.

Changing Your Life
Often, people seem to want to 'revamp' their lives, or start fresh but actually never know when to start. Clothes? Shoes? Makeup? Maybe redo your bedroom for a more minimalistic, aesthetic feel. What about randomly starting to journal or go to the gym, maybe treat yourself to a bath, or practice some self-care! The list can go on and on and on, but at the end of the day, it's just not that simple.

Enough
In high school, I went through the hardest time in my life. From going to a school where I didn't fit in to constantly fighting with my mother and almost taking my own life away. My family, my so-called friends would never expect me to go through depression. You know what they say, "The people who smile a lot may be the ones who cry when there is no one around." This quote will forever stay by me because this sums up what I have gone through.

You shouldn’t be wasting your life right now, no matter how old you are. Time is not on your side and it won’t slow down to allow you to do the things you want to do. Feeling 'Under'-ish
I can come up with hundreds of explanations as to why I'm feeling a bit "underish" lately, or often, or maybe even daily. My highs & lows are incessant. Maybe it's because I'm an artist who dramatically makes choices in life, I'm not so sure. It's certainly not because I was diagnosed by some doctors three years ago, with Multiple Sclerosis, or Multiple Superbness as I like to call it. I didn't create that, or did I live a lifetime lifestyle that caused my autoimmune system to shift from offense to defense? It couldn't be that! I don't think of myself a person with any disabilities or problems at all. I'm completely based on possibility, which is related to ability. I eat as "clean" as possible without growing my own food, I walk instead of riding, & practice yoga every day when I can. I meditate to connect to my true self when I'm calmly quiet, & practice being grateful for the smallest of moments as often as I remember to think THANK YOU... only the most awesome of things I do with myself.
