Understanding your goals to help you achieve them.
Adversity
I have had to hold and work with a lot in this life, as too have so many others. There comes a point where we say, enough! When we begin to choose what is important to our hearts, we choose to work with and through what matters most dearly at the end of the day. I was faced with a challenge in circumstances that arose recently in daily interactions, and in this moment, I am meeting my "enough" and looking at changes to move more in line with my heart and where I feel my energy is best served.

'Ignite'
There is no such thing as ‘No’. Four months ago I had a dream. To bring 35 women together to write a book about female leadership. Of course everyone told me it was impossible. They questioned how I would find 35 individuals wanting to write on this topic. How I would curate the stories, edit, polish, produce and complete. They all said it was impossible and many said ‘No,’ not believing in my timeline or vision.

The Day I Started Challenging Myself
I was diagnosed with exercise-induced asthma and outdoor allergies when I was seven years old. Needless to say, I’ve never been able to run. I was the kid who had a doctor's note because I wasn’t capable of running at all for gym class. Due to this, I assumed running would never be something I’d accomplish in my life. I had given up before I ever even began.

That Valuable Commodity Called Time
If there is one thing I’ve realized in my old age, it’s that patience in any given situation is not easy. Everything is about timing for me. I tend to think that it may be because, subconsciously, I feel like time is something no one really has to simply waste. And, the quicker I can get something done, the closer I’ll be to reaching my goal, satisfying my appetite, and quenching my thirst. I view time as a priceless commodity that should be used wisely by everyone. I’ve learned through simple observation and from personal experience that when it’s time for life to end for an individual, it ends, simple as that.

A Day in the Life
No, I am not Kermit the frog. I am just trying to make it in this world as a single female. I feel that I am faced with many inequalities and struggles. I feel like I am constantly trying to prove myself to men. No female should ever have to feel like that. I can do anything that a man can do….. And I have proven that to men time and time again. I have taken on every challenge that men have given me. And I have succeeded. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I should not HAVE to prove myself to ANYONE except for myself. But, I do love seeing the looks on men’s faces when they did not think I could do something.

Why is a plan B necessary? Study, learn, eat healthy, exercise, sleep, meditate, and repeat. If you are determined to get it right you won't allow excuses to not try! Trust me, if you are reading this, then already your chances of positive survival while achieving goals is better than the 50 percent watching East Enders or the negativity of the news.

How to Be a Morning Person
1. Open Your Curtains ASAP. Opening your curtains/blinds brings the daylight into your room, which may help you wake up a bit easier. Especially in summer, the sunlight is bound to make you want to get up quicker, so that you can enjoy the most of your day while the sun is up.

Obliterate Self-Limiting Beliefs in 4 Simple Steps
Somewhere along line, we fell asleep with our childhood dreams and awoke with the mindset of our parents; the hype of our deepest passions got crushed in the rubble of adulthood. As each day progresses, we find our thoughts wander to the what-ifs of chasing those old desires, but we stop them from unfolding, by telling ourselves all the reasons it wouldn’t work or that we’ll get around to it eventually. We put limits on what we are capable of.

Refresh Button Pt. 1: Creating a Strategic System to Reach My Long-Term Goals
After a conversation with Nico De Bruyn where he opened my eyes to all the amazing entrepreneurial opportunities in existence, I realized I needed to take a bit to really step back and strategically plan my next few ventures. Having my head in the weeds, while fun and rewarding, was starting to feel like a bit of a treadmill.

The Struggles of Post-Grad
In light of graduation season, I thought it'd be appropriate to write this post. The sole purpose of this, rather lengthy article, is to shed light to the unspoken realities of post-grad, and how many graduates face a rollercoaster of emotions in it. If you're reading this, thinking "not me, I'm fine," great! I urge you to send this article to someone who might be in this season now, struggling to find their way.

Lifestyle Blogs vs Reality
I have always had a fantasy world going on in my head, like a movie, when scrolling through the beautiful feeds of Instagram. I see people on the beach with their matching hand bag and towel whilst having a fruity drink and soaking in the sun in Bora Bora. They're smiling, laughing, and acting like this entirely staged image was completely natural, while I lay in bed, feet aching from standing for 10 hours straight.
