Guide to Making a Decision
A decision is like choosing between butter or cream cheese on your bagel It may seem like there are only two option an either/or situation but there is more to it than that oversimplified version. You could choose not to put either on or both or choose jelly instead or even opt out the bagel for something more healthier. The possibilities are endless.

When you begin to see YOU!
At this point in my life, I am realizing that there is always a calm before the storm that surges as a warning. As women, we tend to look for reasons to stay in a relationship in the hope that things will get better and we will finally get to experience the sweetness of love and patience we so desire. Only, it doesn’t happen. At least it didn’t happen to me.

Feelings & Emotions
I’ma g ive y’all some true facts here!💯💯 Soo if you can relate whether you’re a guy or girl, then feel me on this …for those of you who can’t relate it doesn’t mean you never did.😏🙄 There’s times when I will ask myself questions❓ (I don’t know if anybody else is or was like this at some point) and there’ll be times where I’m like “what the hell am I doing” or “do I even really feel this way” or “I know I shouldn’t have that but it’s right there”🍫🍨…and then there’s times where as a female you don’t even know what it is your feeling but your emotions are like this one big ball of yarn or even bands just tied into one big ball. Or even if your monthly is on (guys you have them too) and your either having bad days/good days or a mixture of both. I know we tend to take those feelings or emotions out on someone who may seem like there irritating 😈👿 us but honestly are not, it’s just we just don’t want to be bothered. Trust me, I’ve had TIMES y’all! 🤦🏽♀️

The Lotus Blossom Technique
After Michael Michalko - Thinkertoys Once upon a time there was a frog who lived at the bottom of a deep well. He could hop from mud pad to mud pad and swim around to his hearts content. One day the frog poked his head out of the top of the well and boasted to a passing turtle of his free movement in the well and how much better off he was than all the shrimps and tadpoles who lived around him. The frog invited the turtle to come down into his well and see for himself.

Da God in $hell
Being yourself is not easygoing as people would say. The reality is society dictates what we can do and not do. It puts limits on most of us by sheer intensity and intimidation. The pressure to preform or fit in has greatly altered the why society acts.

The Meaning of Life
2020. Wow. What a year so far. The year of the unpredictable, the unexpected. For many of us, this has been the year of the rug being pulled out from under our feet, the year of ‘can you wake me up when this has all blown over?’, the year of subconsciously building our mental resilience… It's also been the year of hangovers on a Tuesday, video calls over the internet, searching high and low for hope and learning what PPE stands for and how to wear it properly. The year of trying to stick to the rules whilst doing our best to navigate a way through a world turned upside down. 2020 has been a *shocker* of a year for many, not to mention all the sad stories of people who are no longer with us due to COVID-19.

Ponder
In life, we ponder how things will be, who we will become, what degree or certification we will get, what our job will be, etc. There is so much that we consistently go and back worth with just to make sense of it all. We never really want to process it because once we do, it feels like everything is falling apart. But in actual truth, it’s the tiny, medium, odd shaped, and large pieces coming together to form a picture. The picture of the overview of what you have been overlooking.

Puzzle of Life
Brainstorm Puzzle of Life People say seeing is believable, but sometimes what you don’t see is actually there. You just have to think of a way to find and see it for yourself. Knowledge within self is the best knowledge, but you can also learn from others to gain knowledge. You may not believe the knowledge someone gives you so you try to experience it for yourself.
