The Number One Reason You Fail and Five Ways To Help You Avoid It
Let me be clear, I’m not going to tell you how to avoid failure, because 1. It’s unrealistic, and 2. Failure is necessary. Success is built upon numerous failures that led to success by way of knowing what NOT do next time.

The Fast Life
Well hello you and how are we today? I say to myself in the mirror almost every single morning. She knows who I’m talking about that girl that is inside my brain. For most of my life I have called her stupid. I know it sounds positively insane to call the girl in my head stupid. However, we all know that is really just me trying to understand why I seem to pick the hardest hill to climb every single time.

Success = Celebrating the Little Victories
If you're like me, you're hard on yourself about everything. You feel like the world depends on you, and that it's completely your fault if you make the smallest mistake. I have listened to countless podcasts on how to remain motivated, build and maintain healthy relationships, and how to allow yourself some failures. You name it, I've listened to it.

Motivation from a Valedictorian Speech
I know that most of us missed out on a graduation speech this year, but here is one to inspire: I entered this year with so many expectations for what it was going to look like. Our senior year! The pinnacle of our K-12 education, a time to have fun, go to prom, to cultivate the relationships with friends that we had built for the last three years. It was a time to create memories that last a lifetime. It was all looking up, but then it all changed. I have spent the last four years working towards this goal. To try and be the best student I possibly could with an excess of activities, experiences, and a high GPA. I was so used to evaluating myself based on achievement, and then, overnight everything came to a halt. When you get stuck in the routine of constantly performing, you lose track of how to live without it, and coming to that realization was hard. I struggled with motivation, with negativity, and frankly, it was hard to even imagine that the 2020 graduation would even happen.
