My name is Kirsten Mitchell and my husband and I just had our miracle rainbow baby at 27 weeks and 2 days in February of 2022. I decided to start this blogging journey to let other mothers and fathers out there know that they are not alone!

Our First Pregnancy
My husband and I found out we were pregnant on April 1, 2021, 4 weeks along! Finally, we are starting a family of our own after trying for a whole year! If we didn't become pregnant then we would have started on medications to help us along. On April 6th, 2021 was our first ultrasound to confirm our pregnancy, YAY! Fast forward to April 23rd, 2021 we had our second ultrasound and got to hear the baby's heartbeat and it was 161 beats per minute, our 3rd ultrasound was May 7th, 2021.
