Happy Pre-Mother
The most important thing we would like to say is that pregnant women should control excessive weight gain. Many elderly people believe that pregnant daughters-in-law need a lot of nutrition to sustain two lives, so they tend to force their daughters-in-law to eat too much food. As a result, some pregnant women gain more than 25kg throughout their pregnancy. And excessive obesity is bad for the health of both mother and child. Obesity in pregnant mothers can increase the risk of diseases such as gestational diabetes. We often hear from our fat mother friends who complain that they have little to no milk after giving birth because of the fatty tissue blocking the milk ducts. From our own experience and from asking women who have also given birth, the ideal weight gain during pregnancy should be between 10kg and 15kg.

Mom life
I became a young teen mom just at 16 years old, It all started when i had to be the mom to my siblings due to my parents being there but not mentally but physically there. I had to be the mom of the house to my 5 siblings and to my own mom, doing dishes and laundry and cleaning always making breakfast, lunch, dinner, making sure they got on the school bus for school. I would miss school to make sure they went to school and to have clean clothes for school. The year 2019 finally came and my mom couldn't do it no more, so she gave up, as me being the older sister i did my job the best that could be done. My brothers went to my grandparents, my little sister went to my aunt, my twin sister went to my other aunt of my mom's side of the family.

The Trouble With... (Pt. 1)
It’s an awkward thing, really. Being pregnant and giving birth are just awkward. Let’s just begin with a few simple things. For one thing, a lot (and I’m not even making that number up) of people who absolutely DO NOT want to have children, find themselves pregnant.

Dear Angel Baby
Dear Angel Baby, Your due date has arrived, and instead of you being alive and here with me, I’m left with empty arms, a stomach aching, and a heart that won’t stop breaking. As every due date/birthday goes by, I wish I could get to know the joy of being able to see you aging, and that I never had to say goodbye.

7 Signs Of Ovulation
While the menstrual cycle is typically associated with a woman’s period, it also encompasses ovulation (the window of a few days where you’re most likely to get pregnant) which comes with its own set of symptoms that can affect your day-to-day activities or conception plans. Some women may look for an ovulation predictor kit to increase the odds of getting pregnant, while others may want to know when to expect cramping or other symptoms.
